Poetry Europe / Europoésie
POETRY EUROPE / EUROPOÉSIE is the journal of the European Academy of Poetry. Each issue is edited by a different editor from one of the countries represented in the Academy. The first issue is edited by John F. Deane, and published in Ireland for the Academy by the Dedalus Press. The second issue will be edited and published by Vlada Urosevic of the Republic of Macedonia.
This issue contains a special selection of work from Ireland, featuring Harry Clifton, Eva Bourke, Chris Agee, Gerard Smyth, Pádraig J. Daly and Enda Wyley. It also includes new poems by Academy members Michael Schmidt, Phillipe Jones, Anise Koltz and Milan Richter, among others.

ABOUT THE EDITOR
JOHN F. DEANE is the former editor and publisher of the Dedalus Press; he was also the founder of Poetry Ireland and of Poetry Ireland Review. A member of Aosdána, and winner of the O'Shaughnessy Award and the Marten Toonder Award, among others. His latest collection of poetry is A Little Book of Hours (Carcanet, 2008).
